Pelosi Sees a Two-Step Approach

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi thinks her chamber can pass the Senate health reform bill as it is (thus not requiring another in the no longer filibuster proof Senate), if she can be assured that changes can be made in the Senate bill through the reconciliation process.
