Obama Makes Preference for "Cadillac" Insurance Tax Known

The House bill pays for much of health reform by taxes on high-end earners; the Senate bill pays for it with taxes on high-end insurance policies. As Democrats from both houses work to produce a combined bill, President Obama made his preference know today: he prefers the tax on "Cadillac" insurance policies.
