Citing concerns for the deficit, Independent Senator Joe Lieberman told Fox Network on Sunday that he would not vote for cloture of a filibuster if the Senate bill contains a public option: "If the public option plan is in there, as a matter conscience I will not allow this bill to come to a final vote."
