The Evansville Courier Press reports that Evan Bayh wants the final Senate health care reform bill posted on the Internet "for at least 72 hours prior to a vote so the public has time to evaluate how its tax dollars are being used and how its health care is being affected." The paper quotes Senator Bayh as follows: "This should not be done in the dark, behind closed doors. We need it to be open, a transparent process, and the public has a right to be involved."
