Welcome to the new blog from the Tippecanoe County Democrats designed to help keep you aware of issues that may impact the security of your health care as the country debates the shape of health care reform. We support the principles that President Obama has put forth--that health care must be affordable, effective, available to everyone. It should be fiscally responsible; reform should be paid for and not increase the national debt. We believe that the American people embrace those goals because their own health care security will grow with such reform, as will the health of America's economy.
