Minnesota Gov. Hints States Might Withdraw from Federal Health Care Plan

On the eve of President Obama's address to a pro-health care reform rally in his state, Gov. Tim Pawlenty suggested that the 10th Amendment might allow a "states' rights" case for Minnesota and other states to withdraw from any federal health plan they don't care for (probably not the VA, Medicare, or Medicaid!).
