Average Family Health Insurance Policy Costs $13,375

USA Today reports that an annual Kaiser Family Foundation survey of about 2000 employers shows that "the average cost of a family policy offered by employers was $13,375 this year, up 5% from 2008." Wages rose only three percent in that period. In addition, 41 percent of the employers said they are likely to increase the amount employees pay for coverage in the next year.
